Paula Knox Mrs. Knox joined Beneficial in early 1984. She has an extensive Accounting background that has assisted her in her duties at Beneficial. Her current responsibilities include company financials, tax reporting, client reconciliations, financial liaison with carriers and the day-to-day monitoring of operations. She has also spent 5 years of her career with Beneficial in the administration side, managing various departments, including New Enrollments, Customer Service, and Agent Licensing. Some of her other duties were setting up written procedures, monitoring quality control requirements, liaison with outside Auditors and assisting Human Resources.
