Mrs. Rochefort joined Beneficial in 1979, in a clerical position and has reached her current position due to her hard work and can do attitude.
Mrs. Rochefort has a high degree of knowledge and experience in all aspects of corporate administration encompassing, staff training, inventory management, quality control and setting performance standards.
Exceptional leadership abilities. Mrs. Rochefort has been acknowledged for possessing a “hands-on” management style and lead “by example”, resulting in high degree of productivity.
Outstanding organizational skills. Adept at analyzing all departmental needs, delegating authority effectively and solving difficult problems in high energy, face-paced environments.
Mrs. Rochefort’s current day-to-day responsibilities are managing the Billing, New Enrollments, COBRA, Agent Licensing and Renewal departments. She is responsible in making sure each of these production departments complete their tasks in a timely and efficient manner. She also has knowledge of self-funding plans through BEST Life and Health Insurance.
